You've already taken the hardest step — you reached out. This is where you make it official. Off the Roundabout is an 8-week small group — 4 to 6 women, live on Zoom, 90 minutes each week. Real conversation. No pressure. No judgment. Just a steady, honest space to find your own clarity again. What you're saying yes to: 8 weekly live sessions with a small group of women who get it. A guided structure that helps you slow the loop and hear yourself again. Weekly reflection to work with between sessions. A facilitator who has walked this herself and won't tell you what to decide.
