You hold it together in public, but the silence at night tells the truth.

Approach

I believe healing isn’t just for the broken—it’s for the brave.

Whether you’re rebuilding after heartbreak, navigating a season of uncertainty, or simply feeling disconnected from your confidence or calling, your healing journey matters. I work with Christian women across all walks of life—some who carry deep wounds from the past, and others who are thriving in many areas but quietly struggling in their relationships or within themselves.

In my coaching practice, we create a safe, compassionate space to explore the patterns, fears, and beliefs that shape how you see yourself, love others, and make decisions. From unresolved childhood experiences to subtle attachment dynamics, many women find themselves stuck in self-doubt, people-pleasing, or perfectionism—without even realizing why.

Together, we’ll identify the roots of those patterns and begin rebuilding from a place of emotional security, spiritual alignment, and purpose.

My approach blends faith-based insight with practical, results-focused tools—helping you:

  • Heal emotional wounds, both big and small

  • Reconnect with your God-given identity

  • Set boundaries and find your voice

  • Build stronger relationships—with yourself and others

  • And step confidently into work, leadership, or purpose-aligned next steps

Whether you’re a woman in a good marriage seeking more clarity and independence, or a high-functioning achiever navigating hidden emotional blocks—this work is for you, too.

You don’t have to be falling apart to want something more.
Healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong—it’s about reconnecting with who you truly are and stepping into the life God intended for you.
